Review of the Fourth China Fair Jordan
The fourth China Fair Jordan – Rebuild Iraq & Lebanon opened on Aug. 14, 2007 at Amman International Automobile Exhibition Center, Jordan. Mr. Ma Qiang, Temporary Chargé d’affaires, Ma Jianchun, the Counselor of The Economic and Commercial Counselor’s Office, Embassy of China in Jordan, and Maan Nsour, CEO of Jordan Investment Board joined in ribbon-cutting at the opening ceremony. The four-day China Fair attracted 9,300 customers and guests from Jordan, Iraq, Syria, United Arab Emirates, Libya, and Palestine, and some 4,280 business cards of professional customers collected, including 1,456 persons from Jordan, 859 from Iraq, 688 from Lebanon, 411 from Saudi Arabia, 293 from Palestine, 139 from Syria, and 434 from other countries. In four days, 4,025 professional visitors from 12 countries including Jordan, Iraq, and Syria were attracted to the Fair. The on-spot turnover added up to 22.94 million USD, while the agreed turnover reached a historical new height of 86.98 million USD.
