Review of the Second China Fair
Over 300 domestic and foreign guests were present at the second China Fair opened on Sep. 6, 2005 at Amman International Automobile Exhibition Center, Jordan. Among the guests are Mr. Madadha, Secretary General of Jordan Ministry of Planning, officers from Jordan Ministry of Labor, Chief of Jordan Customs, Director of Economy Division, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, President of Chamber of Commerce, Minister of Tourism, Ambassador of Philippines in Jordan, Ambassador of Korea in Jordan, and Ambassador of Pakistan in Jordan, Mr. Luo Xingwu, Ambassador of China in Jordan, Ma Yinfang, Vice Director of Shanghai Foreign Economic Relation & Trade Commission, leaders of Shanghai Economic Commission and Shanghai State Asset Supervision and Administration Commission. The Fair was opened on time at 10:00 am on Sep. 6th. Ma Yinfang, Vice Director of Shanghai Foreign Economic Relation & Trade Commission, expressed welcome on behalf of the Organizing Committee to the guests in the speech. Mr. Madadha, Secretary General of Jordan Ministry of Planning, reviewed the history of Sino-Jordan economic and trade development, and highly praised this fair. Mr. Luo Xingwu, Ambassador of China in Jordan, re-affirmed the importance of this fair to Sino-Jordan economic relations. Mr. Luo Xingwu, Ma Yinfang and Mr. ( ) joined in the ribbon cutting of this Fair.
It is learnt by the Organizing Committee that China Fair Jordan 2005 – Rebuild Iraq & Lebanon attracted a number of famous enterprises, including Haier, SAIC, ZTE, Changhong, Tangshan Ceramics, and Zhejiang GodEagle. Besides, some famous enterprises including SANY Heavy Industry, Kelon, Galanz, Chigo and Dongpeng Ceramics also show strong interests in this Fair.
Viewing from the participating enterprise, this Fair has become one of the most welcomed exhibitions abroad in 2005.
